Save Essex MX - 2nd June 2011
Hi Guys,As you all know we have been going through the long process of fighting to make Essex MX a permanent track over the last few years. We have been battling to tick all of the boxes for the local councils planning conditions. We have had a lot of help from the planning dept but due to a biased committee at the last hearing (where we was not allowed to argue our case) an enforcement was put on to us which we have appealed once again.
Now it's coming up again and we need as many letters of support as possible and need to be submitted by 30th June 2011.
The appeal is to be decided on the basis of an informal Hearing and a site visit by an Inspector.

Comments should include reasons why Essex MX Should NOT be closed down, some examples are that it would cause people to ride unsafe un supervised pits and fields, this could cause boredom and force children to be playing on the streets instead.
